Plus, personally speaking to audiences of 5 to 5,000 across the world. My clients taught me the importance of prioritizing and taking care of relationships. And, how to hold onto, and communicate what is enduring across time - while adapting to a future that arrives faster than ever.
Not many of us are born leaders or natural speakers. But every executive has a preferred way of leading and a natural way of communicating that they are comfortable with. These can be refined and built upon, so that a leader remains authentic while growing
